Wow, the day has come … AllThingsGwen.com is here! Please be patient with me as I figure out how to use this dang thing! Thanks in advance for checking it out! (BTW, I use exclamations points a lot. I’m just energized. Sorry!)

Just so you know, my blog is going to be much like me: positive, random, heart-warming, authentic, quirky and energetic. It will be everything I love – health, fitness, quotes, funny stories, “aha” moments, friends, family, food and more. Sometimes, I’ll also try to be funny (in a David Sedaris/Augusten Burroughs/Chelsea Handler kinda way).

Anyway, I’ve learned a lot … I’ve grown, and I just want to inspire everyone to ignite their passion! Make sure everything you do is AllThingsAwesome!!
